What Are Holistic Therapies?
Holistic therapy is a therapy that addresses a whole person, not as someone who is sick. These treatments attempt to help the individual in terms of their body and mind. Examples of these treatments include: Reflexology, Hopi ear candling, Indian head massage, and more.

Risks of Holistic Therapy
There are very few risks associated with Holistic therapy, but as with any other treatment, there is always a slim chance. Not all things natural can always be safe, so you must speak to your therapist before trying out any new natural medication or practice. Should your therapist recommend reflexology, or a massage, please be aware that there is always a risk that muscles may feel tender. Due to the extent of relaxation the body feels during our sessions, you may feel a little light-headed afterward. Don’t worry though, this should disappear within a few minutes.

Mainstream healthcare vs Holistic treatments
Mainstream healthcare doesn’t always succeed in diagnosing issues that are present due to an overall lifestyle imbalance. For example, one may get ill due to stress, and sometimes physical medicine isn’t needed to cure this, holistic treatments work better on the body, due to being natural.
What to Wear to the Sessions
Clients should attend appointments fully clothed.
During reflexology, the client is only required to remove their shoes and socks. During ear candling, no removal of clothing is necessary.
Does The Therapy Hurt?
No, our therapies are not intended to hurt and in most cases, the feelings post session are positive. The same is said for a massage treatment.
